Our Group consists of the B2C platform Babyartikel.de (KP-Family) in Aschheim and the B2B business EURET, as well as the now 100-year-old product brand Hauck, located in Sonnefeld.  In total, the group consists of 300 employees who are looking forward to welcoming you to our team.

We are looking for a motivated Account Manager International Sales (m/f/d) to join our dynamic international sales team. In this fully remote role, you will manage and expand our retail account portfolio across Scandinavia, Italy, Greece, the Middle East, and other international markets. Your focus will be on driving growth within existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and successfully implementing our sales and marketing strategies in line with the company’s goals.

Your Tasks

  • Proactively follow-through and close sales according to the sales plan and deliver on key revenue targets short-, mid- and long-term
  • Provide and maintain structured joint business plans that will stimulate growth and brand exposure alongside the company’s strategic plan
  • Monitor sales at retail for each account and closely collaborate with the accounts to implement corrective action plans if necessary
  • Focus on E-Commerce account and distributor development alongside supporting traditional B&M retail
  • Work with the Sales Director Europe to prepare a forecast, by item, for each account, and maintain the forecast throughout the year, continually monitoring the achievement of sales goals and proactively develop corrective action plans if necessary
  • Close liaison with customer services and accounts teams on order book management and credit risks
  • Actively participate in market research and share insights with the cross-functional global teams, gain and maintain a thorough knowledge of the market, customers and competitors
  • Manage the execution of new product initiatives and/or core product improvements from inception to market launch
  • Prepare, participate, document and follow-up meetings
  • Attend company sales meetings and shows as required

Your Profile

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the nursery, toy, or FMCG industry
  • Strong track record in managing and growing retail accounts and online retailers
  • Solid commercial understanding and market knowledge of relevant product categories
  • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong proactive planning, organizational, and administrative abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals effectively and act in the company’s best interest
  • Service- and solution-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of FOB business is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within assigned international regions and high personal commitment
