Our Group consists of the B2C platform Babyartikel.de (KP-Family) in Aschheim and the B2B business EURET, as well as the now 100-year-old product brand Hauck, located in Sonnefeld.  In total, the group consists of 300 employees who are looking forward to welcoming you to our team.

We are currently seeking for a dedicated and experienced Back Office Specialist, preferably with experience in Navision, to join our team as soon as possible. The role involves a variety of responsibilities including handling phone inquiries, customer service, support for the company's sales force, order processing, coordinating deliveries with our 3PL warehouse, supporting inbound logistics, and handling purchase orders for our local warehouse.

Your Tasks

•    Manage all phone inquiries efficiently and professionally.
•    Provide exceptional customer service and support to the company’s sales force.
•    Process orders accurately and timely.
•    Coordinate deliveries with our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse.
•    Support inbound logistics in collaboration with our logistic partners.
•    Handle purchase orders for the local warehouse.
•    Maintain clear and effective communication within a matrix organization, including direct reporting to the CEO and liaising with appropriate departments at HQ in Germany.

Your Profile

•    Proven experience (2-5 years) in a back office or similar administrative role.
•    Experience with Navision ERP system is highly preferred.
•    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Enthusiasm for taking on challenges and building up the back-office department.
