Product Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Unsere Gruppe besteht aus der B2C Plattform Babyartikel.de (KP-Family) in Aschheim und dem B2B Geschäft EURET sowie der mittlerweile 100 Jahre bestehenden Produktmarke Hauck mit Sitz in Sonnefeld. Insgesamt beschäftigt die Gruppe 300 Mitarbeitende welche sich schon darauf freuen, dich in unserem Team begrüßen zu dürfen.

As Product Quality Manager you play a critical role in enabling successful product launches by ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance for our key markets in Europe and US.
You are working closely with supplier engineering and our team in Germany to ensure our products meet all statutory, normative, and Hauck-specific requirements prior to and after-market release. You provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements to support product development.

Quality Management Team in Germany
External Laboratories
Hauck team in China
Product Management Team

Deine Aufgaben

Ensure compliance with our products with regulations for our key markets in Europe and US, such as REACH, SVHC, EN & ASTM standards
Apply relevant EU directives and US regulations (e.g., GPSR, CPSC)
Oversee product safety testing and certification with our external Laboratory and our Quality Management Team in Germany
Ensure accurate product labeling, warnings, traceability, and language requirements for our target markets
Assess regulatory impact of product changes and manage re-testing or re-certification as required

Dein Profil

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or a related field
5+ years of experience in product quality or compliance management
Solid knowledge of EU and US regulations for baby and consumer products
Experience with European & US Standards (EN, DIN, ASTM)
Fluent written and spoken English
