Unsere Gruppe besteht aus der B2C Plattform Babyartikel.de (KP-Family) in Aschheim und dem B2B Geschäft EURET sowie der mittlerweile 100 Jahre bestehenden Produktmarke Hauck mit Sitz in Sonnefeld. We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Finance Specialist to join our Finance Department in Hong Kong. This role is designed for an all-rounder with a proactive mindset, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is able to cover a broad range of finance-related tasks independently and efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and a solution-oriented approach to help us optimize our processes and drive operational excellence

•    Finance - Local, Group, Other Entities (IC and External)
•    Merchandise & Product
•    Supply Chain
•    Quality & Compliance

Deine Aufgaben

•    Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger postings
•    Prepare monthly and annual financial reports in compliance with local regulations and Group standards
•    Oversee payment runs, expense reimbursements and bank reconciliations
•    Support cash flow management 
•    Assist in controlling, forecasting and budgeting related topics
•    Assist in tax filings, audits, and compliance matters
•    Identify inefficiencies in existing finance processes and drive process improvements and automation
•    Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth financial operations
•    Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for strategic projects

Dein Profil

•    Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
•    3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally in an international company
•    Qualified CPA or equivalent is an advantage
•    Hands-on mentality with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach
•    Experience in optimizing and automating finance processes
•    Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus
•    Strong communication skills and ability to work across different departments
•    Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage
