Responsable Commercial Nord – Centre - Est / (h/f/d)

Unsere Gruppe besteht aus der B2C Plattform Babyartikel.de (KP-Family) in Aschheim und dem B2B Geschäft EURET sowie der mittlerweile 100 Jahre bestehenden Produktmarke Hauck mit Sitz in Sonnefeld. You will be managing grow the existing portfolio of dedicated retail accounts / chains and maximize sales and marketing opportunities within these accounts in line with the sales plan, achieve and exceed sales targets.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Manage and develop the existing account portfolio of specialty juvenile stores, maximizing sales and marketing opportunities with these accounts in accordance with the sales plan, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proactively approach retailers and chain stores to represent and promote the brand and its products. Generate revenue by taking orders at the point of sale.
  • Demonstrate and present products through persuasive sales presentations to active store members.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet their requirements.
  • Plan, organize and run training sessions for in-store sales staff. 
  • Organize in-store animation days and product demonstrations.
  • Monitor sales strategy, analyze sales, work closely with accounts and internal stakeholders to implement corrective action plans where necessary.
  • Report all sales activities, conversions and revenues to the Sales Manager France.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities and collaborate with internal teams to gather customer feedback and insights, contributing to product improvement and development efforts.
  • Participate in national and international trade shows.

Dein Profil

  • First experience in field sales, preferably in the childcare and/or toy industry or in FMCG.
  • Driving license required.
  • Ability to travel nationwide.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong sales, closing, communication, presentation and administrative skills.
  • Customer satisfaction is your passion.
  • Ambition to develop existing business.
